These documents explain how DomuTax works, our fee structure (22% of Tax Savings, only if we succeed), and what you're authorizing us to do. Provide your e-signature to complete enrollment. This signature is legally binding and authorizes DomuTax to represent you.

5You're Done
That's it — you'll get an instant confirmation email, and DomuTax now officially represents your property for the tax year.

What Happens After You Sign Up

Once you complete sign-up, DomuTax takes over. Here's what happens next:

Immediately: You'll get a confirmation email, and your property goes into our system. Behind the scenes, we're already reviewing your data.

Within 24-48 Hours

• We file your protest with the appraisal district (if the deadline hasn't passed)
• We request any available evidence from the district
• We begin our own research on comparable sales and equity data

Before and During Your Hearing

• Our licensed agents prepare your case
• We analyze the best arguments for reducing your value
• We compile evidence (comps, photos if provided, market data)
• A DomuTax agent attends on your behalf
• We present your case and negotiate for the best outcome
